[vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/1″][vc_column_text el_class=”subpage_content_padding”]We are happy to accept your patient referrals by either via fax or phone. \u00a0However, for the most immediate patient care, the office asks that urgent or stat consults be called directly to our office by your office staff, to allow the COSA office staff to\u00a0arrange your patient’s consultation appointment in a more timely fashion. Non-urgent or standard consults can easily be faxed to the office, and we will contact your patient appropriately and schedule a first available appointment at the location of their choice. Additionally, if your patient is scheduled for an appointment and no-shows to our office, we will make an attempt to notify you, for documentation in their medical record.<\/p>\n
